Our mission is to educate, create awareness, and promote individual and community psychosocial and mental wellness, resilience skills, alongside breaking the stigma of mental ill health.

Our vision is for a world -especially on the African continent, with good mental and psychosocial health for all and for communities, families and individuals to achieve healthier happier lives.
OUR WORK
Our work helps to promote and support the mental health and psychosocial wellbeing of communities in Africa and beyond. We provide services for individuals, families, signposting for everyone, training & consultancy for schools, community groups including churches and organizations.
